If you want a thing done well, do it yourself! Is this true?

I think sometimes I feel this way. However, no one will learn to do it as well as I expect if I do not give them a chance or direction? Learning is a process! It takes repeating a thought in your mind 5 times to put in your short term memory. Long term memory is filled with memories of thoughts and interests of self. Are you one who finds that people cannot do what you ask well? Why? Don’t bitch because you have to go behind someone and do it like you would do it! Give them a chance!     Yes, but you'll have to keep doing it yourself unless you get someone to do it your way.
